We’re thrilled to introduce you to our friends from Amato Vino, artisan winemakers from Margaret River. We’ve tasted and fallen in love with their beautiful wines – and that’s why we’re organising something very special so you can do and feel the same.
This July we will transform the restaurant for one night into an authentic Italian Cantina. From the homeland of South Brazil, we will bring our Italian heritage into a fusion with the Brazilian Churrasco. Meats and pasta come together with wines from Amato Vino, matched to perfection by the winemakers from Western Australia.
